All loyal customer invoices for the Fall of 2024 through Spring of 2025 snow blowing season have been sent out via e-mail.
Please keep an eye out for your invoice via email from "Ross Group" as this reflects the partnership we have proudly built with Harlow Snow for the upcoming season!

All loyal year-to-year customers will receive their invoice prior to October 31st.
 
In order to secure your service please provide payment according to your invoice . Lane markers will be installed on your lane after payment is complete.
We ask that you DO NOT MOVE OR REMOVE LANE MARKERS. The purpose of the markers is to assist our drivers when weather systems hit and visibility is low.

We aim to respond as soon as possible. Please understand that if you are inquiring regarding an existing snow blowing service agreement, as a family operated unit with 15 employees our priority is cleaning lanes in a safe manner which does not always allow for up-to-the-minute e-mail response. Our operators will NOT be answering phone calls during their routes. As always, for existing agreements your business is our priority and we will get to your lane as soon as possible while following our route lists.
